Hi everyone, Peter Polar Bear is finished, yay!!!
In my last post here I talked about the lovely free patterns that are available via Brookes Books Website, I am stitching all the free advent calendar patterns and Peter Polar Bear is the second one.
I decided to stitch it three threads over two, I did that with the next few patterns and then decided that two over two was my preference, I think in the hand dyed fabric it was a bit tight compared to three threads over two on Aida fabric, I seemed to be really forcing the needle through and my stitches looked a bit messy, so back to two threads over two for the remaining patterns!
My scissors got lost in the process, every time I use my tiny scissors they always end up slipping down the back of the sofa, but this time I really lost them, I searched high and low on my electric recliner to no avail! I had to take a new pair from my Etsy stash and must admit they are like a knife through butter and I love them, I don't know why I have not used them for myself before!

I will have to pop on over and see if I can find a design I need to stitch.
